Lockheed Martin Canada is recruiting a Technical Trainer Support Specialist to work as an embedded employee at a Royal Canadian Navy customer location on the east coast. The role provides technical support during SEACOT and SEAWOLF training events, including configuring and securing trainers, troubleshooting software and hardware defects, supporting instructors, performing regression testing, preparing demonstrations, and maintaining training-system knowledge. The position requires a recognized diploma or equivalent technical or operational training, 3–5 years of professional experience, knowledge of Trainers and CMS 330, military or synthetic-training experience, networking and computer skills, and a NATO SECRET security clearance.
