Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Technical Trainer US – Engineering to develop, deliver, and manage technical training programs for HPE-N Engineering teams. The role includes training needs analysis, program planning and reporting, live webinars and workshops, AI-assisted learning initiatives, and proof-of-concept development using generative AI platforms and Python or another scripting language. Candidates need a software engineering background, at least four years of networking technology experience, technical training and program management skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, and familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering. The position is based primarily at an HPE office in the United States and offers an annual base salary of USD 92,700–187,500 in California, with variable incentives possible.
