Gallagher is hiring a Technical Training Advisor in Hamilton to develop, review, and improve technically accurate training content for its Command Centre and security hardware. The role supports Product, Engineering, Training Delivery, and Learning Design teams; maintains training assets; responds to training-system support queries; and helps trainees with online courses. Candidates need hands-on experience with Gallagher Command Centre and security hardware, a relevant qualification or technical product experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and technical support environments.
