The position plans, executes, and evaluates in-person and online training programs; redesigns onboarding; identifies training needs; develops internal content; supports AI applications in learning; administers the LMS; measures training impact; benchmarks T&D practices; and produces business-related podcasts. Candidates need a higher education degree, experience with AI tools applied to learning, strong communication skills, and an organized, committed profile.
