Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Technical Training Supervisor to lead the technical training group supporting its Archbald, Pennsylvania facility. The role plans and delivers hands-on and virtual/blended training for electrical, mechanical, inspection, material-handling, and other production areas; maintains instructor certification and training records; tracks compliance and effectiveness; updates curricula for engineering and regulatory changes; and partners with production, engineering, quality, and supply-chain teams. The position is first shift, requires a Secret DoD security clearance, and is open to U.S. citizens.
