Description
Longroad Energy is hiring a Technical Training & Learning Development Intern to support its Operations training program and Longroad University. The intern will evaluate and organize training resources, conduct stakeholder interviews, develop e-learning and other learning materials, map training requirements to roles and sites, analyze completion data, review LMS courses, maintain project documentation, and present project results. The internship is designed around a defined summer project, with an ideal work location in Phoenix, Arizona, or Scarborough, Maine, and pays $25 per hour.
