StandardAero is hiring a Technical Training Developer to design, develop, revise, and maintain technical training materials for operational and maintenance environments. The role covers instructor-led training, computer-based training, assessments, instructor guides, learner materials, job aids, and courseware, using adult learning and instructional systems design principles. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of relevant training-material design experience, proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise and LMS platforms, and occasional travel.
