StandardAero is hiring a Technical Training Developer for a hybrid role in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The position designs, develops, revises, and maintains technical training materials for operational and maintenance environments, including instructor-led training, computer-based training, assessments, instructor guides, job aids, and courseware. The role applies adult learning and instructional systems design principles, collaborates with subject matter experts, and supports training quality, learner engagement, retention, and operational readiness. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of relevant training-material design experience, knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms.
