TEKsystems is hiring three Technical Training Developers for a fully onsite contract in Woodridge, Illinois. The role involves analyzing customer needs, designing course roadmaps and instructional materials, developing multimedia content, collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts, researching on-vehicle validation and laboratory technologies, and translating complex technical information into clear learning experiences. The position requires intermediate-level experience, adult learning and instructional design knowledge, technical writing, eLearning tools, project management, and automotive or dealership experience. Compensation is $38.00–$48.00 per hour, with benefits potentially available depending on eligibility and employment length.
