The role involves analyzing customer needs, designing course roadmaps and instructional materials, developing multimedia content, collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts, researching on-vehicle validation and laboratory technologies, and translating complex technical information into clear learning experiences. Candidates should have adult learning and instructional design knowledge, technical writing ability, eLearning development experience, project management skills, and preferably automotive or dealership hands-on experience.
