The role includes demonstrations, assessments, documentation, classroom preparation, and support for other technical training areas. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, an associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience, along with familiarity with manufacturing environments, engineering drawings, management software, industry standards, and process improvement.
