The role manages technical trainers, training processes, learning materials, performance metrics, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement, with approximately 25% travel. Required qualifications include people management, training or technical instruction leadership, predictive and preventative maintenance, material handling equipment repair, safety standards, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
