Description
AWS Data Center Operations is hiring a Technical Training Manager to lead a Full-Time Training Team and develop, implement, and improve training programs for Data Center Engineering Operations, Data Center Operations, Infrastructure Delivery, Decommissioning, and Logistics. The role manages technical trainers, training processes, learning materials, performance metrics, stakeholder communication, and program impact, while also maintaining lab equipment and driving innovation through AI and agile methodologies. The position requires substantial experience in people management, training leadership, predictive and preventative maintenance, material-handling equipment repair, safety standards, and regional or multi-site program leadership, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Approximately 25% travel is expected.
