Description
The role manages talent and people-development initiatives at a JBS USA food-production facility, including learning programs, career and leadership development, performance-management support, employee check-ins, management hiring and onboarding, and completion of trainee and intern programs. It also coordinates the Packing House Degree Program, analyzes talent data, and supports plant management. The position requires strong communication, organization, analytical, facilitation, and MS Office skills, along with food-production supervision experience, and may require travel and additional weekend hours.
