Description
The Learning & Development Content Design and Developer will design, develop, and deliver scalable digital learning experiences for sales and account management professionals. The role creates eLearning, microlearning, videos, simulations, and job aids using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia; partners with SMEs, instructional designers, and business partners; publishes content across Allego and Salesforce-integrated environments; and supports learner experience, analytics, accessibility, and continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of digital learning content experience, expertise with eLearning authoring tools, and familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
