SkillOps is hiring a Technical Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led technical training in classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments. The role prepares and validates labs, supports learners, troubleshoots technical issues, maintains subject-matter expertise, and partners with Learning & Technology to improve courses. It covers CompTIA certification domains, Microsoft technologies, and other assigned technologies, with required experience in technical training, AI tools, troubleshooting, and hands-on labs, plus willingness to travel to client sites.
