Description
The Technical Training Specialist (EET) provides technical training for Glory Global Solutions products and solutions to the Field Service and Engineering Team and customers. The role includes developing and delivering online, in-person, and on-site training; maintaining training procedures and documentation; supporting customers and staff after training; troubleshooting escalated issues; preparing reports and satisfaction surveys; and promoting professional services offerings. The position requires a technical degree in electronics or electromechanics, at least three years of technical training or field service experience, air travel, and advanced Microsoft Excel and other software skills.
