MANTECH is hiring a full-time, fully remote Technical Training Subject Matter Expert to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve employee training programs for cyber operations. The role provides technical guidance, makes recommendations, integrates best practices, resolves moderately complex technical problems, and bridges complex operational requirements with classroom execution. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree with the specified years of experience, strong offensive and defensive cyber knowledge, training or operational experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% annually. The projected compensation range is $148,200.00-$263,000.00, with health insurance and other benefits depending on the position.
