MANTECH is hiring a full-time, fully remote Technical Training Subject Matter Expert to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve employee training programs for cyber operations. The role provides technical guidance, makes recommendations, integrates best practices, adapts operational plans, and resolves moderately complex technical problems in software development and cyber operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree with substantial experience in offensive or defensive cyber operations and technical training, along with training pipeline completion, instructional hours, certifications, or direct operational experience. The position requires US citizenship, up to 75% annual travel, and offers a projected compensation range of $148,200 to $263,000 with health insurance and other benefits.
