Sendbird is hiring a Technical/UX Writer for a six-month contract to create and maintain documentation, user guides, UI text, tutorials, and other developer-facing content. The role involves improving content through customer feedback, using AI tools in the writing workflow, researching competitors and developer communities, and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and UX designers. Candidates need 0–2 years of relevant experience, AI proficiency, fluent English and Korean, familiarity with collaboration tools, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
