Randstad Staffing is hiring a Technical Welder in the Flemish Region to independently assemble and weld one-off machines and installations for weighing, transporting, and processing crops. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, performing primarily semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding with some TIG welding, handling components safely, organizing finished structures, and recording hours and production quantities. Candidates must have MIG/MAG welding expertise, TIG knowledge and experience, strong technical-drawing skills, autonomy, and a quality-oriented approach.
