VDE Shells is hiring a Technical Work Planner to organize, prepare, and improve maintenance and technical work in its production environment. The role manages a team of three technical maintenance technicians, collaborates with project engineers, develops maintenance programs, prepares and guides new projects, optimizes production processes, and coordinates materials and tools. The position requires at least five years of production or industrial experience, knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering, maintenance-planning experience, and team-management experience. It is based in Zeeland and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,700 to €4,700.
