Description
Blackpoint Cyber is hiring a full-time, permanent Technical Writer to rebuild and govern its cybersecurity knowledge base for internal teams, customers, and MSP partners. The role will standardize approximately 250 articles, rewrite 150 stale or incomplete articles, author 100 new articles, build persona-aligned information architecture, structure content for AI retrieval, collaborate with technical SMEs, use support and analytics data to prioritize work, establish publishing workflows, and validate procedures for live security incidents. The position reports to the Head of Product and requires at least eight years of professional technical writing experience, including ownership of a customer-facing knowledge base or help center at scale.
