Braze is hiring a Technical Writer to join its Tech Writing team and shape documentation infrastructure for developers and machines. The role combines architectural work defining metadata, taxonomy, and contextual guidelines for AI-assisted drafting with editorial review and production of API references, integration guides, and conceptual documentation. The writer will own feature updates, maintain the documentation GitHub repository, validate technical accuracy and voice, collaborate with product, engineering, support, customer success, marketing, and implementation teams, and improve documentation through research and data-driven decisions. The position requires at least three years of technical documentation experience, strong information architecture and knowledge-management skills, proficiency with Git, Markdown, YAML, and docs-as-code workflows, and familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling. Compensation for candidates based in the United States is $73,000–$109,000 annually at start, with an expected on-target earnings range of $81,000–$121,000 annually.
