Capital Technology Group is hiring a Technical Writer to create and maintain user manuals, guides, online help, process documentation, technical specifications, training materials, reports, and presentation content for mission-critical systems and applications. The role collaborates with engineers, product teams, and subject matter experts; manages documentation lifecycles; edits and updates content; supports usability testing; and communicates project status to stakeholders. Applicants must be United States citizens and able to obtain Public Trust clearance, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of professional technical writing or documentation experience. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and an estimated annual salary of $75,000 to $115,000.
