Esri is hiring a Technical Writer to create and maintain user assistance documentation for enterprise GIS observability software. The role collaborates with software engineers, develops tutorials and other enablement materials, manages documentation through the software development lifecycle, tests workflows, and evaluates AI-generated content. Candidates need at least five years of similar experience, documentation and software testing experience, ArcGIS or IT observability experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position is onsite in the Redlands, California area, with relocation assistance available, and offers a base salary of $93,600 to $159,328 USD.
