FNZ is hiring a Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for its wealth management platform. The role involves writing product, technical, and end-user documentation; collaborating with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers; extracting and structuring content; participating in review cycles; and supporting a global content management strategy. The position requires at least two years of software documentation experience, ideally in financial services or wealth management, along with strong writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include wealth management platform documentation, MadCap Flare, Git, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Jira experience.
