Form3 is hiring a Technical Writer to create and maintain API, product, technical specification, and tutorial documentation for its payment SaaS. The role supports an existing Technical Writer, manages Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, maintains a central documentation repository, gathers user feedback, and leads knowledge-management projects using AI tools. Candidates need at least two years of technical documentation experience, coding and API knowledge, proficiency with Markdown, Swagger, Postman, Git, and GitHub, strong writing and communication skills, and fluency in English. The position is fully remote, with new joiners starting in the office to collect equipment.
