GeoSpectrum Technologies is hiring an experienced Technical Writer for a permanent, full-time onsite role in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The position creates user-focused product documentation, operations and maintenance manuals, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, training materials, and other technical documents for complex underwater systems. The writer will collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, trainers, and program managers; incorporate diagrams and illustrations; maintain S1000D and other documentation standards; and support publications development and document control. The role requires at least three years of technical writing experience, familiarity with S1000D, experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and XML-based authoring tools, strong English writing ability, and eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security clearances.
