Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Technical Writer for its Technical Publications team to create, maintain, and publish high-quality documentation for networking hardware products and solutions. The role involves developing user guides, release notes, configuration and installation manuals, troubleshooting procedures, diagrams, and visual assets; collaborating with engineering and subject-matter experts; managing documentation projects; and using Markdown, Git, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and related tools. It is a hybrid role requiring an average of two days per week in an HPE office, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of technical writing experience in networking, IT, or technology.
