Description
The Technical Writer develops, edits, reviews, approves, and publishes process, policy, technical, executive, governance, analytical, and stakeholder-facing documentation for federal agency coordination activities. The role includes drafting reports and briefings, performing technical editing and quality control, maintaining templates and document logs, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and producing Section 508-compliant publications. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of technical writing or editing experience, and United States citizenship for the federal contract. The position is based at ICF's Virginia Client Office (VA88) and offers a full-time pay range of $61,232 to $104,094.
