Description
The Technical Writer designs, plans, coordinates, writes, and illustrates technical documentation and user guides for R&D product and system programs, including optical networking products. The role manages documentation schedules, collaborates with PLM, R&D, and Test teams, develops API and web-based documentation, and uses XML authoring, graphic, Agile, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence tools. A bachelor's degree and 5–6 years of technical documentation experience are required, with optical networking or telecommunications experience preferred.
