The role collaborates with engineering, product, and support teams to maintain content quality, discoverability, and accuracy, and contributes to improving documentation standards, tools, and processes. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing, including experience with customer-facing materials, along with knowledge of document versioning and proficiency with Markdown and HTML.
