Interactive Brokers is hiring a hybrid Technical Writer, Developer Experience to support its software engineering community through developer documentation, training programs, tutorials, instructional videos, and AI-adoption enablement. The role requires a software engineering background, fluency with code such as Python or JavaScript, strong communication, technical writing or learning-design capability, and familiarity with AI coding assistants including GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor. The position also contributes to documentation standards, internal knowledge systems, regression tests, backend services or clients, and third-level support.
