Description
The Technical Documentation Specialist will develop and maintain standardized documentation for digital manufacturing solutions, including SOPs, work instructions, user manuals, process diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and project documentation. The role supports MES, Ignition, Power BI/Tableau, machine connectivity, SAP integrations, SQL applications, and other Smart Factory initiatives; coordinates with engineering, operations, IT, and business stakeholders; maintains SharePoint or Teams repositories; and supports training, knowledge transfer, and project governance. Required skills include advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, process-mapping tools, SharePoint, and project-management knowledge, with preferred experience in technical documentation, manufacturing, industrial engineering, digital transformation, or Smart Factory projects.
