Ford Energy is hiring a Technical Documentation Engineer to own the creation, control, and governance of technical quality documentation across its Quality organization. The role develops documentation standards and templates, manages document control and change processes, coordinates with PLM and engineering teams, and supports audit readiness, certification maintenance, and knowledge retention. It is based in Dearborn, Michigan, requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in document control and technical writing in a regulated engineering environment, and is hybrid with onsite work four or more days per week.
