Description
D-Wave is hiring a Technical Writer II to create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation for its quantum computing products, including API references, user guides, hardware documentation, code examples, training materials, release notes, and error messages. The role partners with software, hardware, support, product, and marketing teams; contributes to documentation strategy and standards; identifies and resolves documentation defects; and improves content quality, consistency, discoverability, and maintainability. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least three years of technical writing experience, Python coding ability, and strong analytical and communication skills. The base salary is targeted at CAD 84,000–115,000 per year.
