Docplanner is hiring a Technical Writer / Knowledge Engineer to own the company’s product knowledge base, define its content model and quality standards, extract knowledge from code, review and update facts, and teach a team to work with AI-assistant content. The role requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong Git and GitHub skills, experience with repository-based documentation, and the ability to coordinate Product Experts, the Help Center, and engineering.
