Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Technical Writer/Knowledge Manager to establish and govern the knowledge management framework for an enterprise metadata modernization program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency. The role will manage a centralized SharePoint repository, implement document governance, develop role-based training materials, author technical documentation, and facilitate knowledge-sharing communities. It requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph, at least eight years of relevant experience in the DoD or intelligence community, SharePoint expertise, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
