ServiceNow is hiring a Technical Writer to support emerging platform development experiences and tooling. The role partners with product, engineering, design, and developer experience teams to create tutorials, learning paths, implementation guidance, best practices, and user-focused technical documentation. The writer will translate complex technical concepts and code samples into actionable guidance, experiment with modern web technologies, identify content gaps, and contribute to content strategy and DITA-based documentation standards. A BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience is required; 4+ years of technical communication experience, DITA or XML-based authoring experience, and familiarity with web development technologies are preferred. Base pay is $94,300–$160,300 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
