Description
The Aviation Services Technical Documentation Specialist translates complex procedural information into user-friendly standards, procedures, manuals, job aids, forms, and other technical documents. The role collaborates with internal and external clients, manages the document lifecycle, develops documentation tools and templates, supports safety communications, and leads complex cross-functional documentation projects. It is a hybrid position based in Oakland and the Concord Service Center, requiring a bachelor's degree in English or a job-related discipline or equivalent experience and four years of job-related experience.
