Description
The Technical Writing Intern will research, write, and edit customer-facing technical documentation such as user manuals and quick installation guides, primarily supporting the Thermal Business Unit. The role involves gathering technical information, assembling documentation in Vertiv or OEM formats, managing project schedules, and coordinating with engineers, business units, departments, and OEM customers. The intern works under guided supervision, manages local and remote documentation projects, and requires a bachelor’s degree in progress, Microsoft Office proficiency, familiarity with AI technology, and strong communication and editing skills.
