Description
The Technician role supports enterprise server, storage, and networking operations by testing, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and validating x86 servers, SAN/NAS storage, Cisco and Juniper networking equipment, and related hardware. The position manages concurrent projects and orders, maintains inventory and technical records, coordinates with product, shipping, repair, material control, and sales teams, and requires at least two years of hands-on enterprise IT hardware experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is strongly preferred; industry certifications are also preferred.
