Description
The Industrial Engineer will maintain and update efficiency, HPU, capacity, and OEE standards and systems; monitor DL efficiency and OEE; support IE engineers; develop capacity ramp plans; optimize manufacturing resource allocation, factory layouts, and flows; monitor production KPIs; automate reports; and lead or support special projects. The role requires an intermediate or college degree in engineering or science, at least three years of IE or Lean manufacturing management experience in a multinational company, and the ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, including frequent standing and walking on the production floor.
