Description
The NPI Workshop Engineer supports engineering, procurement, inventory, and workshop operations for new-product-introduction activities. Responsibilities include measurements, testing, troubleshooting, prototype fabrication and assembly, technical-drawing preparation, purchase-request creation, inventory control, material receiving, workshop organization, and routine maintenance. The role requires an engineering or technology degree, at least three years of technical or support experience, basic technical-drawing knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with optical, opto-mechanical, electrical, or vacuum systems; the work may involve advanced optical technologies, cleanrooms, and occasional travel coordination.
