Coherent Corp. is hiring a manufacturing process and quality-focused professional to supervise, improve, and support high-volume optical glass production. The role involves troubleshooting production-line issues, improving yield and efficiency, supporting experiments and cost-reduction projects, enforcing procedures and ISO requirements, using SPC to analyze defects, maintaining and setting up equipment, training operators, coordinating production supplies, and preparing shift and process reports. The position requires a vocational intermediate qualification or college degree in mechanical, industrial, or mechatronics engineering and at least six years of related manufacturing experience.
