Description
The CMM Inspector is responsible for product batch and machine-status monitoring, quality and measurement-tool oversight, improvement suggestions, and operating CMM machines with various products. The role requires an intermediate mechanical-engineering or metal-cutting diploma, at least five years of product-inspection experience in a manufacturing QC department, and the ability to read 2D mechanical drawings, use measuring instruments, and create basic CMM measurement programs. The position involves exposure to coolants, cleaning chemicals, and oils, and requires safety shoes and safety glasses.
