DuraServ is hiring a Technician Apprentice to learn the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial dock and door systems. The role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, tool use, documentation, customer communication, and participation in the ADVANCE training program. No dock and door experience is required, but a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel to customer sites are required. The position offers hourly pay of $22.00 to $24.45, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and other benefits.
