Description
The Fiber Network Technician will maintain, inspect, repair, and support fiber networks, POP locations, and street cabinets in the Leuven region. Responsibilities include cable installation, patching, fault analysis, splicing, OTDR measurements, preventive maintenance, incident management, and customer connection support. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week, based in the Leuven region, with daytime scheduling aligned to the home location, and requires an A2 electricity-electronics qualification, industrial maintenance experience, a category B driving license, and willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and travel to Utrecht.
