Description
The Junior Technician supports the maintenance and repair team in technical operations and infrastructure, including water systems, compressed air, heat pumps, greenhouses, offices, social areas, mobile equipment, and CHP units. The role involves identifying malfunctions, troubleshooting, coordinating repairs and small projects, liaising with external companies, and assisting in directing 2 to 3 workers. The position offers training, coaching, development opportunities, meal vouchers, and 20 statutory vacation days; technical education or an affinity for technology is preferred, while work experience is an advantage but not required.
